Judgment Enquiries
Judgment Debtor Tracing
Investigative tracing to establish current information concerning judgment debtors, their whereabouts, relevant connections and available asset information.
Overview
What this service covers
A judgment is only as useful as the information behind it. Tracing establishes current information about a judgment debtor: where they are, what connections they have, and what asset information can be identified.
This is an investigative and information service. GradeCrest does not recover money, does not act for creditors in enforcement, and does not hold itself out as a collection agency. What we provide is a factual basis on which the client and their advocates can decide what to do next.
This is an investigative tracing service. GradeCrest does not provide debt recovery services.

Methodology
Our Approach
Each instruction follows the same sequence, so findings can be traced back to how they were established.
Instruction review
We confirm the identity of the subject and the information already held, so enquiries start from the right point.
Locating enquiries
Address, contact and activity information is sought through available sources and verified in the field where appropriate.
Connection and asset enquiries
Corporate links and asset information are identified and corroborated where possible.
Reporting
Findings are reported with dates and sources, so the client can judge how current each item is.

Questions
Frequently Asked
If your question is not answered here, our team can usually give you a direct answer before you commit to anything.
No. GradeCrest does not provide debt recovery or collection services. We provide investigative information. Enforcement is a matter for the client and their advocates.
Only where the instruction calls for it and it is appropriate. We do not demand payment, negotiate, or represent ourselves as acting for a creditor in collection.
Each finding is dated and attributed. Information about people changes, and the report says plainly what was verified and when.
That is reported, together with the enquiries made. A documented negative result is a legitimate and often useful outcome.
